- c1: darker gradient color (if omitted, a darker version of c2 is used)
- c2: lighter gradient color (if omitted, a lighter version of c1 is used)
- black: color of the outlines
- white: color of the teeth
- HTML hex codes (e.g. ff0000) can be used, as can any of the CSS named colors
