A person is at the front of a line, with a pet carrier on a table/counter/desk. Behind her is a person with a dog on a leash, holding something which also looks like a pet carrier. She's talking to someone on the other side of the counter, who is either the vet or someone working for the vet.

Person with pet: There's something wrong with my dog. He keeps walking forward and falling off cliffs.

Panel 2

The vet is holding a common enemy from the Mario series.

Vet: This is a goomba.

Person with pet: Well, he's a mix. Probably some goomba in there.

Panel 3

Vet: A goomba is not a pet.

Person with pet: You're right. It's wrong to keep a beautiful creature like this in a house.

Panel 4

The person who had the goomba is now outside in a naturey area with a big tree. The goomba is on the ground, walking forward.

Person with pet: Go! Be free!

Title text: The real reason the vet refused to treat the goomba is that the vet is Dr. Mario, who is allergic to goombas.
