Inspired by ZandraVandra's catgirl machine, and a stream that Zandra did where she was playing a game with cacti and said that if you get too many cactus needles in you you should turn into a cactus girl. (Slightly edited from the version I posted on Mastodon, to fix a couple things I didn't like.)
