Person 1: Language is defined by how people use it. Many people use "literally" that way.
Panel 3
Shows the past. The person with messy hair no longer has messy hair.
Messy hair (narrating): What about that day in seventh grade when you humiliated me?
Messy hair: I told him and he literally exploded!
Person 1: Uh, unless he physically burst, you mean "figuratively".
Person 2: Hah.
Messy hair (narrating): Remember?
