Not Beret Guy: Dying here at last, so far from home, all so we can see some pretty dots.

Beret Guy comes back, carrying something long and skinny

Beret Guy is playing a violin with the long, skinny object (which was a mirror in the original comic) as a bow. He's holding the violin strangely, since it was never intended to actually be a bow.
Title text: Am I the only one who thought the last panel looked like a violin/viola/cello/bass bow? (Of course, that's not the proper way to play any stringed instrument...)
